Greenpoint Technologies received the Society of British International Design (SBID) Visualization Award 2015 for the VIP 787‐9 Azure interior design, which recognizes excellence in interior design.
Design Director Annika Svore Wicklund leads the Greenpoint Design Team, “We credit our clients for this recognition. We work with individuals from all over the world and learn by embracing each culture to create and visualize interiors that meet their intrinsic passions. Engineering and manufacturing challenges come with each program, and in a way, we seek them out. It keeps us on the cutting edge of innovation.”
The winning project is the visualization process which evaluates the decor, functionality and livability of the layout to ensure client satisfaction. Software such as 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop and After Effects are a few programs used to complete the artistic renderings and videos.
Greenpoint’s VIP 787‐9 Azure interior reflects the artistry of engineering and innovation for both business and VIP leisure travel. The Azure features private bedrooms, offices and an open living area with an entertainment lounge, formal dining room and an organic light‐emitting diode (OLED) center sculpture and entry wall.
The BBJ is delivered with no interior, and Greenpoint hands over the aircraft to the client as a fully furnished and certified condo and boardroom ready for flight. Greenpoint has a team of over 400 people including interior designers, engineers, certification engineers, manufacturers, installation technicians and support staff to bring creations to reality.
