AMAC Aerospace has opened a fourth hangar at its base in Basel, Switzerland.
The 7,280m² (78,400ft²) hangar will be dedicated to widebody maintenance and completions, and is designed to accommodate at least one twin-aisle aircraft, such as a Boeing BBJ 747, 787 or an Airbus ACJ340, along with two narrowbody airliners, such as the ACJ319/320.
AMAC is a privately owned aircraft completions and maintenance company.
The company occupy 85,000m² of space at the EuroAirport site on the Basel (CH) / Mulhouse (Fr) border, and is the fourth hangar at its base in Basel, Switzerland.
