For the first time since November 2019 Boeing monthly sales have outpaced cancelled orders.

That is substantiated through sales of x18, 737 MAX aircraft in February, as part of the 82 aircraft Boeing sold versus the logged 51 cancellations.

That marks a tuning point in the emergence from the enduring global coronavirus pandemic, and 737 Max issues that have embroiled the company.

Currently the global Covid-19 pandemic continues to weigh on sales of new aircraft as Boeing’s customers try to conserve cash however their are signs that the world is starting to prepare for a recovery in travel demand by buying new aircraft.

We hope that means that in addition to commercial aircraft sales, the custom aircraft completion hangars will again begin to fill with more customer aircraft.

Boeing delivered x63, 737 MAX deliveries through the first quarter 2021.

Boeing’s aircraft backlog now stands at just over 4,000 aircraft.
