Airbus is displaying their A318 Elite at the Asian Aerospace International Expo & Congress.
Airbus are promoting this aircraft as having the largest aircraft cabin on display at Asian Aerospace which features a more spacious cabin both in width and height than any of the other aircraft being shown, whilst having a similar length and wingspan as traditional large business jets.
The A318 Elite seats up to 19 passengers and has the range to fly nonstop to most cities in Asia-Pacific in addition to most intercontinental destinations in unequalled comfort, space and style.
The A318 Elite features a lounge, dining area, private office that converts to a bedroom and bathrooms that provides the kind of comfort and space that prospective customers can enjoy at home or in the office.
The particular A318 Elite on display at Asian Aerospace is operated by BAA Jet Management Ltd of Hong Kong, which was the first in the region to fly this variant.
Most corporate jet customers and operators prefer to remain undisclosed, but those which Airbus has named include BAA Jet Management of Hong Kong, China Sonangol, Deer Jet of Beijing, the Royal Thai Airforce, Skytraders of Australia and the UB Group of India.
