Greenpoint signs contract for 777-200LR VIP completion
Greenpoint Technologies, based in Kirkland, Washington, recently signed a Boeing 777‐200LR VIP completion contract with a undisclosed customer. This will be Greenpoint’s first 777 VIP completion and will join two 787s already in progress.
Interior design and engineering developments are already underway and the aircraft is scheduled to arrive at Greenpoint’s widebody hangar facility in Moses Lake, Washington in early 2016. The Boeing 777-200LR is able to fly a range in excess of 9,800 miles (15,770 km) and has a cabin length of 161 ft (49 m).
“It’s an honor to be selected for this prestigious 777 VIP completion program.
