CTT Systems announced this week that a Cair™ System VIP humidification order was placed for a Boeing BBJ 787 aircraft to be installed with an undisclosed customer during Autumn 2016. In addition, another order for a Cair™ System from Associated Air Center in Dallas, Texas was received that is to be installed during summer 2016 on an Airbus ACJ319 VIP aircraft refurbishment.
These represent the 80th & 81st Cair™ VIP orders that CTT Systems has received in total for the Airbus ACJ/Boeing Business Jet VIP Programs.

Cair™ humidification reduces negative health and well-being impact from dry air on long-haul flights by maintaining the Relative Humidity on ground like levels that the human body is used and adapted to (i.e. human body and its membranes will not be exposed to quick dehydration that otherwise is the case in an extremely dry cabin).
The Cair™ humidification system hereby improves passenger relative comfort, health and rest by generating a relative humidity of approx. 20%, compared to 3-5% without our humidifiers. A higher humidity reduces dry air related problems (e.g. fatigue, jet-lag, red eyes, dry skin, spread of virus diseases).
The humidifiers are based on evaporative cooling technology that effectively precludes the transfer of bacteria and improves air quality by reducing particles in the cabin air.
